CedCommerce Amazon Channel

EDIT: They asked to get on a call and pointed me to the product linking feature which is very helpful. All I was wanting to do was have Amazon orders show up in Shopify and this helped me do that. I do wish the Shopify to Amazon upload worked better but this is an okay work around.

I'm not sure how it works for so many people honestly. I wish I was one of those people. It's actually the worst app I've used. Syncs nothing to Amazon except the product title. Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful. Constantly spits out errors even though I've filled out all of the details correctly. They say syncing could take up to 48 hours but it actually just never works even after 2 weeks. Terrible app, don't waste your time.

Easy setup, intuitive interface, and impeccable customer service if you ever need help. The app makes syncing with Amazon seamless, saves me tons of time managing orders and inventory, and the support team is always quick and knowledgeable. Highly recommend it to anyone thinking of expanding their business onto Amazon.

This app is great, first of all is free for the first 100 items so you get the feel of how to use it before committing to a paid version. Secondly the customer service is top notch. The helped me on every step of the way. I give this app 100 stars

They have seamlessly synced my Amazon selling channel with Shopify and everything is working smoothly.
I had a video chat with a very helpful team and within hours I was all set up. I had a few inventory items that did not sync through at first but as soon as I emailed it was sorted immediately, even late at the weekend.
CedCommerce were recommended to me by another local business and I would highly recommend CedCommerce too, particularly as they have a very helpful customer service team. A particular shoutout to Divyam who was there to guide me through the set up and has helped me more recently.
I feel that they have a real interest in my brand and wanting our business to succeed.

The app is very useful, you can basically export all your shopify products to Amazon using templates that are very accurate. In case you get fed up by Amazon's overly specific expectations and regulations, they also have a support team that can help you comply with their terms.

Be Careful With This app..... BIG TIME SCAM

So I was trying to use this app to expand my market and sell on amazon but they ask me to pay nice amount of money to list my products using their app. I didn't use their app at all and than i find out they are charging me monthly fees without my consent or without sending me any email or receipt. Now i found out they asking me to pay the recent amount and than they will see if they can process my refund or not. but they are not talking about my last few months refund which they charge me just to download their app.
Now I don't know if I should keep this app until this resolved and get charge again or what to do because they are not replying well.

It's a very powerful tool, a little difficult to use, but the support is very good and they help you maintain your catalog on Amazon and automate orders, which is very efficient.

I was pretty excited to try a new Amazon API app. This one seemed more robust and solid than other. However, with Amazon's new API Update, mapping meta fields is almost required for anything with a Variant. For examples I sell posters with a size. A typical Size options is 11" x 14", but this no longer works for Amazon and you have to map two separate fields for Length and Width.

You either needs to pay $99 a month or a one time fee of $500 for a very basic option thats is now basically required.

We’ve been using the CED Commerce app to connect our Shopify store to Amazon. It wasn’t smooth sailing at first due to Amazon’s new APIs, which caused quite a few technical hiccups. However, the CED Commerce support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Thanks to their dedication and ongoing assistance, we finally got everything up and running. Great support makes all the difference!

I give one star only becasue I can't provide negative. I'm a shopify seller for 3 years and recently thinking about getting into Amazon and hence found this app. I sell apparesl and have around 60 styles. Each have around 5 sizes to 3-6 colors, in total I have around 1000 SKUs.

1). The customer service is great. I can always find help within a few minutes within their working hours.

2). The app shows errors to address for uploading product. Good, but they never show up at once. I fix a bug and click re-upload, it now shows another. I fix this and then another show up again.

3). Customer service keep pushing for their uploading service, which I don't need. If I have capacity to pay, I would have done this upload already without using this app.

4). Apparel has variation in size and color, which this app isn't capable of. In the end, I was able to upload a product but all listed under separate listing rather than one listing with variants becasue I also have GTIN exemption. This app isn't capable of doing so - apparel product with GTIn exemption.

Tons of time wasted and non-result is made. I'm way better off just uploading via my link. Uninstalled.
