CedCommerce Amazon Channel

I highly recommend this company. Ive used their applications for my etsy, wal mart, and amazon integration. First of all, its an easy to use and effective application. It has everything you need to connect your shopify store.
The main reason why i recommend these guys is their customer support. They go above and beyond to take acre of any questions. They take the time to show you all the features and how to use the app efficiently. They are always available if a question arises

When first started with this app, I had a lot of errors mapping the Amazon attributes when syncing new products. The team were very responsive in helping me diagnose and resolve the issues over chat, and now the app is working great. Customer support have been fantastic. Excellent app. I would recommend this product.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. I hired them to upload my products to Amazon and was told there were synchronization issues between Shopify and Amazon, allegedly due to payment problems or vacation mode. After contacting Amazon directly, I confirmed that my Seller Central account is fully operational and ready to post products.

Despite providing screenshots and proof of my $300 payment, the service provider has not resolved the issue and insists the problem lies on my end. On top of that, they don’t respond to emails, and their customer service has been terrible since I made the payment. It’s hard to trust the positive reviews they have, as they seem fake. I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this app

I've had experiences with two support staff so far, Mohd Shadab Khan and Raju Sah. Both were very helpful, and Mohd even stayed in the chat to assist me with unrelated questions.

Overall, the app has a bit of a learning curve to it, but so long as the level of support stays the same, I'd highly recommend.

Working with Yogesh today as a brand new user of CEDCommerce Amazon Channel, we have been a Shopify store for 3 years and now working to add Amazon as an additional sales channel. My experience with CEDCommerce so far has been EXCELLENT. Very responsive on the chat line as well as 2 live Google Meets sessions to help me list products and link my store. Yogesh was an excellent resource and answered all questions about Shopify and Amazon setup and linkage. So far A++++ ratings and great experience with CEDCommerce.

The App itself is a very effective tool for growth. Adding the Amazon channel to integrate with Shopify is very useful for any business. My experience of using CedCommerce Amazon Channel so far has been excellent, the support were on-hand when I needed them to help complete the integration and resolve my product listing errors. The team over at Cedcommerce has been amazing!! I'm starting to understand the system more and more. They have also been implanting a bunch of updates which makes listing products super quick on Amaozn... at least that has been my experience. I also love the new chat, any question I have are answered quickly, any issue I run into are resolved immediately.
