CedCommerce Amazon Channel

The app incorrectly indicates that my Amazon account is in Vacation Mode, which is not the case. Everything is properly configured and in good standing: my account is active, payments are up to date, and all selling permissions are correctly enabled.

Unfortunately, customer support has not responded to my requests. Given these ongoing issues and the lack of support, I would rather switch to a different app.

Unfortunately, our experience with CedCommerce has been very disappointing. Many Amazon listings contain incorrect product information, pricing errors, and wrong ASIN mappings.

Despite spending a significant amount of money on their services, the implementation has been poorly managed. Even worse, my last two emails requesting assistance to fix these issues have gone unanswered.

Poor communication, unreliable product listings, and disappointing service overall. We expected much better.

Horrible. Their program does not work. I have been on Amazon for 15 years. They want me to pay some programmer 3 grand to set up the program. They have horrible customer service and only respond to messages 2 days a week. They ruined my whole vacation after 3 weeks of messing around with this wasting hours of my time on a program that won't work. They say things will work when they won't. Absolutely atrocious program. Stay away.

I dont normally like to pay for apps but it pays for itself. Used this app for quite a while now. works really well, much better than the market place connect app. We also have some weird requirements which I've submitted to their development team to get something bespoke setup. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience with CedCommerce! The app has been very helpful for managing and syncing my products and orders. The setup process was straightforward, and the support team has been excellent whenever I needed assistance. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, a reliable app with great customer support. Highly recommended!

App is pretty stable, not in all levels easy to understand - Amazon listing needs some experience. After a while, everything is working smooth. Every - really every problem i had was solved by the outstanding support team. They are so helpful and always friendly! Thanks to the team.

Very disappointed with this app. Not helpful in anyway even after trying hard for two months nothing seems to work. Unable to upload the product and variation, they all get split once uploaded. Flat file has to be uploaded from Amazon then link the product to Shopify is the only option. If shipping labels are generated from Amazon, it is not updated on Shopify. Even after 2 days of shipping the status remains unshipped. The suggestion given is to manually update it on Shopify. Just wasted my time and energy on this app, not recommended at all.

Great communication and prompt service. Vishal helped me downgrade my plan since we are testing out Amazon FBA temporarily. This will save our small business $ but keep the information in the app to return in the future.

The application and integration worked well for seeing orders from Amazon.

Creating the templates, syncing products to Amazon, and going through steps to link and update attributes takes a lot of time. We understand this process, but the app would freeze and get stuck at the attributes section. We can not save the work or even save the template so the support team can see the issue. The answers from the support team are always: "everything is good".

Be careful when you try to create the templates. These steps will fail many times and force you to recreate them again and again.

We will update again in a few weeks and see if the app performance improves.

CEDCommerce has worked very well for us syncing Amazon orders to our Shopify store. The support team has been very helpful with answering questions, custom rules and settings, and keeping our systems running smoothly.
