I used another app for many years, but when I wanted to add a new subscription to another store, their support wasn't very helpful.
After doing a little research, I came across ToolE—and I'm so glad I did! The team has been incredibly informative, their customer support is outstanding, the platform is much easier to use, and it's even less expensive than the app I was using before.

We just implemented the app recently.
For us the most important aspect for a new app is the customer service. And here they did an excellent job. We needed to match Bundle orders between Amazon and Shopify. This feature was not available when we tested the app first. But the team went all the to accompany our request and developed this feature within a very short time. So so far very good experience and everything seems to work as it should. Great team - great job - great app.

We've been using ToolE Amazon app to manage a large catalog, and it handles high volumes of products really well. The syncing between Shopify and Amazon has been smooth and reliable as our inventory continues to grow.
