I have used this app for many years across many stores. I absolutely loved it until the recent changes. First the flow of the app changed and not for the better, but you guys changed it back which was a HUGE help. Now I am getting a ridiculous error. I try to import about 50-100 products a week, and usually all in one sitting. Now I get the error "Unusual Activity Detected We've detected unusually high activity from your account. To protect our service, product imports have been temporarily paused.
Please try again in 1 hour." and I have to make time other times of the week that I don't have to do this. Really aggravating.
I've been with these guys for years on multiple stores. Support has always been 100% on your side, and willing to do any fix or customization very quickly. I use this app on 4 stores that alone should tell you how valuable it is for me!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such an awesome review. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences because they are unincentivized. It's only when we receive such positive feedback, do we rest knowing that we have done our jobs well. Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back, you made our day!
I used this app in 2024 but didn't keep using it. I want to start using it again, but it's only available via the Gold plan, requiring an upfront payment of $20. Initially, I want to test the $5 plan, but I haven't been able to install it that way.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the confusion regarding the subscription plan after reinstalling the app.
We've reached out via email with a detailed explanation and are happy to help you switch to the plan that best fits your needs. If you haven't received our email or have any further questions, please reply to it or contact us directly at spreadr@support.thalia-apps.com.
We're committed to making this right and would appreciate the opportunity to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you.
