awesome app so far, GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT LIVE CHAT!!
and this FIXES THE ISSUE of purchase key events not being recorded in Google Analytics. AWESOME job thank you guys.
I installed this because when I first set up my site Shopify hadn't enabled G4 tracking yet. But I am glad I chose them, and would still use Analyzely even though G4 install is now offered through Shopify. This is for 3 reasons:
1) Analyzely made it super simple to install, and have excellent videos to walk you through
2) their tech support is extremely helpful in tracking down any issues (it was a user created issue in Google due to my inexperience, not an issue with their app itself)
3) the paid version is affordable (I went with annual option) and provides reports that are MUCH easier to use and understand compared to Google's own reports. This helps me understand clearly what is working well in my store and easily identify ways I can build from. The added revenue that sort of information provides makes the small investment well worth it for me!
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience with Analyzely! It's great to hear that you found the app simple to install and that the tech support was helpful in resolving any issues. It's also great to know that the reports provided by Analyzely were easy to understand and provided valuable insights to help improve your store's performance. Thank you for recommending Analyzely and we hope to continue providing you with great service in the future.
