This is a great app! Product reviews are a must because it gives you social credibility but having Q&A on products is the next best thing because it shows that people are interested in your products. It gives you more social credibility which is something that will increase conversion rate.
The developer of this app is really responsive and helpful and will be there to help assist with any issues.
