AOV.ai Bundles Quantity Breaks

Set up a Buy 2 Get 1 Free quantity break on my product page and the app was easy to work with. The widget's font didn't match my store at first, so I reached out to support and Jenny sorted it out quickly. She got the widget to inherit my store's font and made the other changes I needed so it blends in with my theme. Really helpful and patient support. Recommended for anyone who wants a clean bundle offer on their product page.

Tolle kostenfreie App, um Bundles und Mengenrabatte anzubieten. Der Support hilft super schnell bei der Anpassung des Layouts an das Shop-eigene Theme und Design. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

We've used AOV.ai for about 2 months, mainly for bundles, and the support team is the reason we're staying. They go the extra mile to solve your problem and check back until it works. Special thanks to July, Susan, Annie and Jasmine. As a small business owner, that kind of help means a lot.

Excellent interface and easy to use. Looks great on the front end with very good customisation. We had a few coding issues at first when the app clashed with another app we use for product add-ons, but Annie and the development team were on it so quickly, fixing the issue and communicating well throughout. Unbelievable customer service, and we are very happy to have a new home for our product bundles and buy-in-bulk discounts :)

I just started using this app and so far it has been great. I've been greeting a lot of sales over the last two weeks and the bundles have been coming in. The customer support has been great also very easy to get a live agent to assist me with what ever I need.

Overall the experience has been great and I'm happy with the results.

AOV.ai has, without a doubt, the best customer support I have ever experienced. Their team responds almost instantly and solves in minutes problems that would otherwise take you days to understand on your own.

A very special thank-you to July, who was incredibly attentive, patient and genuinely invested in helping me. She didn’t just give me a generic answer she took the time to understand my situation and made sure everything worked perfectly.

The app is excellent, but the level of support behind it makes the entire experience exceptional: fast, professional, human and unbelievably efficient. Every app should take notes from AOV.ai and July. Thank you so much!

Support responds very quickly and helps solve my questions.

The app is nice and I would like to be able to sync it with the theme and change the fonts myself

It's a great app and the best for making any kind of bundle that resonates with our store. Besides that, the best part is their amazing support team; they listen to everything with patience and leave no stone unturned to solve queries. I would especially like to mention Jasmine. Not only did she help me where I was stuck, but she also suggested things that are highly contributing to an increased sales percentage!

I could not have ever asked for a better experience! No problems installing the app at all. I started to set up my first deal and needed a little extra help, I reached out to their AI, it was helpful but when I needed a person, April came to the rescue!! She asked questions, and when she understood what I was wanting to do, she went in and set it all up. She even noticed little details like the font not matching my theme and fixed that. She was so nice, her attention to detail is wonderful, her customer service is 100% perfect! I could not have asked for a better experience with a new program. Thank you April for all of your help!!

This app is flexible and incredibly easy to use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to set up and customize bundle offers. Also their exceptional customer support fast, responsive, and always willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking to increase their store's average order value!
