Very helpful customer service, quick response, kind personel. Drawer Cart makes the shopper experience smother and faster to add multiple items on cart.

I've been using AOV.ai Cart Drawer for a while now and I've always had a great experience with it. The app works smoothly and does exactly what I need.

What really stands out is their support team. They always reply quickly, solve problems fast, and are consistently friendly and helpful. Recently I had an issue with the upsell products not working correctly when my store was in a different language, and I couldn't fix it on my own. The team handled it very professionally and resolved it quickly, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated.

Highly recommended, both for the app and for the people behind it!

The app has been really easy to set up and gives much more control over the cart experience than Shopify’s standard cart. The design customisation has been especially useful for keeping the cart aligned with our brand, and the support has been excellent. July was incredibly helpful, responsive and patient throughout the setup, and made the whole process much easier. I’d definitely recommend the app to other Shopify merchants looking to improve their cart and upsell experience.

I added this app to my store and it has been a great addition. the ease of navigating through app is wonderful. many options to set your cart to your liking. and I definitely can't forget to mention the awesome support that comes with it. i reached out to the support staff and I reached Jasmine. A special thanks to Jasmine for her outstanding support. She was patient, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to every question I had. E una excelente herramienta para mejorar la captura de clientes y el cierre en la ventaS

First thing first, one of the best app support team I have had pleasure of working with on Shopify, especially Jenny, Carla, Thea and the product development team. They were available 24/7 and straightened out the issues I was facing in 30 mins.

I have zero experience with building websites, yet the entire setup process was incredibly straightforward and easy to follow. It only took me a few minutes to add product recommendations to my store’s cart, and everything worked smoothly. The display has also made my cart look much cleaner, more professional, and easier for customers to navigate. Definitely a great experience so far!

Keep up the great work!
