Exactly what we were looking for to optimize not only our shop images but also images used for styling, blog posts, etc. Now our design team can upload raw files without any problems, and we can optimize everything automatically or manually according to our desired settings, including ALT texts for SEO and screen readers. Very cool. Kudos to Penelope for the quick support and great communication!
We’ve been using this app on our Shopify store and the performance improvements have been great. The optimization works smoothly and helps our site load faster without breaking anything. What really stands out is the support team—Nim has been extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive in making sure everything works properly. Excellent app and excellent support. Highly recommended!
- Top!
Hi there,
First of all, thank you so much for taking time to share your thought. Your feedback is highly valuable to us as it helps us understand where our app can be improved.
We are pleased to hear that the image compression feature is working effectively for you. Regarding image alt text, it is correct that at present, our app generates alt text based on existing information such as product name, variant, and store name. We have been aware of the possible limitation of this image alt format, and as a part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, we are actively working to bring more advanced features that can help users optimize their images for SEO in the best possible way.
And I am glad to inform you that we are about to release a new feature with the assistance of AI, designed to create more customized and SEO-optimized alt text. It can support multiple languages, and you will even have the option to provide additional instructions to guide the AI if desired. For your reference, here is a demo screenshot of this upcoming feature: https://prnt.sc/rYNGoPdgpp9a
We’re in the final stage of completing the feature and conducting the necessary testing. It is expected to be released in October, and we hope it will bring even greater value to your experience with our app. Please stay tuned that I will notify you as soon as it becomes available!
In the meantime, should you have any further feedback or suggestion, please do not hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to assist.
Best regards,
Nim

Another great app from Avada/App Plaze. Tiana provided great customer service in getting me setup. The app is very easy to use and is great for reducing the size of images without losing any image quality, and speeding up load time.
An excellent app, easy to use, and with immediate results. Image optimization and the preloading option help significantly improve the LCP. It would be great to have more control over lazy loading and a visual before-and-after report, but overall, it does its job perfectly.
This is a great app for optimizing images in your Shopify store. It speeds up your site and allows you to edit your images. SEO performance has improved.
The support staff are very friendly and quick to respond.
Highly recommended!
And all for free!
Very kind support. The app has allowed me to save tens of gigabytes of shopify storage.
This free app has helped us get thousands of product Alt tags created in a matter of 5-6 hours for SEO.. i am so thankful i found this, i could have never gotten through all that on my own. Thanks ESO Speed image team. They have been super responsive to all of my questions.
This app is great! It quickly optimized my image sizes and provided ALT descriptions for them that were spot on. I worried that the ALT would be off, but it wasn't. They were what I would have written myself and saved me a ton of time.
Honestly, my page was loading super slowly until I installed SEO Speed Image Optimizer. The difference was instantly noticeable! Now everything runs smoothly and the images look perfect, without weighing a ton.
But the best of all was the service. Pamela helped me with some questions I had and was super kind and patient. Thank you so much for all the good vibes and quick responses!
I totally recommend them. It works like a charm and the team is pure good vibes.
