We’ve had an amazing experience using the AppPlaza app! It’s incredibly easy to use and has significantly improved the performance of our store, SteinKunstWerk. The support team, especially Tiana, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to speed up their Shopify store. It’s been a game-changer for us! Thank you for the excellent support!

I downloaded the apps and subscribed to them, and I uninstalled them right after, as it did not serve anything. I sent an email for a refund, but I never got any response
will not recommend them
Hi Evyatar,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the app didn't meet your needs.
We did process your refund 2 days ago and sent a confirmation email at that time. It seems the email may not have reached you. Could you please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for a message from us?
You can also verify the refund directly in your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing. The charge should already reflect as refunded there.
If you have any trouble locating it, please don't hesitate to reply to our email, and we'll be happy to assist right away.
Best regards,
Avada Support Team
Ich bin sehr begeistert über die schnelle Hilfe beim Arbeiten mit der App. Christian war sofort da und hat mir sehr gute Tipps gegeben.
Vielen lieben Dank und weiter so.
Great app and easy to use. Pamela from the support team helped me to get through automatique conversion (had around 900 images) with ease. Managed to save almost 2GB making my website load faster.
Ricky helped me a lot. I signed up for a month free trial to optimize my images and now my website is running more smoothly. He also answered my questions about how everything would work. It was an easy process and I'm excited about not having to re-load all of my images at a lower size, which was what I was planning to do before finding this app.
Amazing support, great assistance, an amazing team of people! The 24/7 support is insanely great.
Ricky was nice and very helpful, cool app so far.
Useful tool for image compression. I hope there will be more options in alt text optimizer, for example, different templates for product, collection, or other images.
amazing! instant help for my store! Thanks Viola!
Great customer service, helped me a lot even on the free plan.
