Best Online Support

Great app for reducing image file size and writing ALT text for SEO with many options to choose. I had a few questions about how it works, and Brian answered them in a flash. Great support and a great app, highly recommended.

Christian was very helpful in guiding and explaining to me the app.
It immediately increased the speed of my site.

Ricky was of great support and help. Thank you

Tobias provided outstanding support and resolved my subscription issue incredibly quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. What could have been a frustrating experience was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail.

I really appreciated his prompt communication and commitment to finding a solution right away. Thanks to Tobias, everything was fixed much faster than I expected. Excellent customer service and a great example of going above and beyond to help a customer.

Thank you, Tobias, for your exceptional support!

Nim and the team are super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend Avada to anyone wanting to improve SEO and speed up their site + functionality. 10/10

What a great experience with their support especially Pamala who walk me right through the process. Now I am going Pro since we saw the boost it gave our store. Thanks again Pamala for the help.

An excellent app, easy to use, and with immediate results. Image optimization and the preloading option help significantly improve the LCP. It would be great to have more control over lazy loading and a visual before-and-after report, but overall, it does its job perfectly.
