The AJ delivery team took the time to help me and customize the whole application to fit perfectly with my store. It's the perfect app for customers to book delivery slots and pick up products via click and collect. I highly recommend it!
Support is non-existent. I reached out to support to assist with restricting "Add to cart" if no date is selected, and overnight support hardcoded the calendar to our store, forcing all products to use the calendar. Disabling the App did not fix this. After contacting support by email, Chat and WhatsApp, I have still yet to hear back from them after 5 business days.

After reviewing the conversation, we can confirm that our support team did respond to your request, obtained collaborator access, and assisted with implementing the customization you had asked for. It appears that the way the changes interacted with the theme resulted in the calendar displaying more broadly than expected.
Our team had also reached out to confirm the theme you wanted us to work on so we could correctly configure the app and ensure the calendar appears only on the intended products.

I would just like to say this app works really well for my business but some parts are still American instead of UK which is where the business is based, for example : zip code instead of post code.

The developers and support team behind this app are incredibly responsive. We needed a few customizations to fit our specific workflow, and they implemented them right away. We highly appreciate their work and will continue using this app to schedule our orders.
This is by far the most comprehensive delivery date and shipping app. The tech support chat and phone service have been excellent, and I have been with them for over two years.
Their code is rock solid, and the app has all the features you could want to help automate and streamline the process of getting orders to customers on their selected date.
