Vihasini was very helpful and patient today. It is nice to know that there is help available when needed.

I was concerned though when I closed the sharing screen that there was someone else that was in the meeting that I did not realise until the end of the conversation.

great service and very helpfull. was able to adjust to our unique scenario. we use a lot of the features such as seasonal pricing. multi-day and full day bookings and much more! I recommend this. good and fast service even on weekends

Tech support is always great and I always need them. This app is not terribly intuitive for me. I run a kayak tour company and this is almost perfect for booking tours. One can set many configurations. I'm not sure what would make it perfect, but it's good enough for what I need with a few moments here and there trying to remember where the thing is I need.

Can't use the app. Even though it claims to have a free version, trying to do anything with the app just prompts you to upgrade your account. You literally cannot use the app

When setting up the website for my business, I needed a booking app that not only did calendar bookings, but also had the option to collect partial payments/deposits. After trying a couple apps that just didn't meet our business needs, I found BookX. It is so user friendly to setup, has so many advanced setting options, customizations to brand and their support chat is top notch, going above and beyond. I highly recommend them and can't wait to start getting bookings!
