With the free plan, clicking on any feature redirects you to the subscription plans; you can't use the features without subscribing, effectively forcing you to pay. If you don't want to offer a free tier, just get rid of it—don't mislead people.

This form builder app has been a fantastic solution for multiple sites where we've needed to build complex contact forms with conditional responses, file upload capabilities, multiple page forms, etc. I reached out to support to ask for a custom feature to be added, which they're actively working on and communication has been top notch. J'étais satisfaite de la prise en main pour la création de formulaires et après 5 soumissions reçues l'appli m'oblige à payer pour utiliser! Aucune possibilité d'accéder aux réponses des formulaires sans passer par le paiement. Honteux d'afficher Gratuit quelque chose qui ne l'est pas.
