SureCust Forms Builder, Locks

Really grateful to the SureCust team for their support! After I accidentally deleted my sample-request form, they helped recreate it and assisted with the fields, product and size options and other adjustments. They were patient and helpful throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much easier to resolve. Thank you for going the extra mile!

With the free plan, clicking on any feature redirects you to the subscription plans; you can't use the features without subscribing, effectively forcing you to pay. If you don't want to offer a free tier, just get rid of it—don't mislead people.

This form builder app has been a fantastic solution for multiple sites where we've needed to build complex contact forms with conditional responses, file upload capabilities, multiple page forms, etc. I reached out to support to ask for a custom feature to be added, which they're actively working on and communication has been top notch. Highly recommended app for your custom form needs on Shopify.

We've had a great experience using SureCust Forms Builder. The app is easy to configure and has helped us build a registration workflow that fits our business requirements.

The best part is their support team. They are very responsive, provide quick solutions, and are always willing to help. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they responded promptly.

If you have a unique business requirement that isn't available out of the box, their development team is also willing to implement custom integrations and custom features to meet your needs.

Overall, it's a great app with excellent support. Highly recommended!

Excelente app para registros mayoristas. El servicio al cliente es lo mejor para solucionar problemas e implementar nuevas funciones.

This is a great app for building custom forms. The support team is extremely polite, professional, and helpful. They respond right away to user requests and edge cases. Highly recommended for anyone running a Shopify store!

This app forces you to jump to the payment subscription screen, and you can't tap anything else.

Great App that works right away and is easy to set up. If you have any questions, the support will also help you very quickly and find a solution

They've been very helpful and fast to respond to a request for the placement of a form. And the app is great as well, I was able to create a full and robust form with conditional logic.
