Apricot Post Purchase Survey

I’ve had a great experience using Apricot Surveys for my Shopify store. The app is intuitive, easy to set up, and offers plenty of useful survey options and customization.

What I appreciated most was the support. Hasmik was very responsive, listened to our feedback, and even helped add a feature we requested within a few days.

Honestly, the name undersells this app. "Post Purchase Survey" made me think it would be a simple thank-you-page form, but it turned out to be a lot more than that.

I've tried quite a few survey apps on Shopify, including the bigger names everyone recommends, and Apricot is the one I ended up sticking with. Setup was quick and painless, which I didn't expect given how much it can actually do.

The branching logic was the first thing that won me over. I can send customers down different paths depending on how they answered earlier questions, so the survey feels relevant to them instead of generic. I also like that I'm not stuck with checkout only. I've placed surveys on regular pages around the store, styled them to match our site (custom CSS is supported), and tested question formats like matrix, linear scale, NPS and CSAT. Anyone who does marketing knows these are the tools you need to pull meaningful, actionable data from your audience.

The support team deserves its own mention. I asked Hasmik whether there was a way to cap how many options someone could pick on a multiple-choice question. She passed it along to the developers, and the feature was live the same day. A big thank you to Hasmik and the dev team!

If you're looking for a survey tool that's easy to start with but doesn't run out of juice once you need more, I'd definitely give this one a try.

I'm excited to see the launch of Apricot surveys. I've been doing an extensive review over the past several weeks, and I see lots of promise. They've been incredibly responsive in terms of making the changes I've proposed to make it work for my use case. I'm also enthusiastic about their rapid pace of improvement. I've had one of their surveys in live use for the past few weeks, and so far, so good!

This is a very well-designed Shopify app. A lot of Shopify apps have confusing onboarding, but the setup here is clear and easy to follow, you don’t need much effort to understand it, it took me less than 10 minutes to install the app and create the first survey form. Plus, they have great support!
