I've been using Art of Where since my Etsy times in 2017 and later in Shopify all the way until 2026 and counting.
It is true that (so far) their production times are on the slow side, but they make up for it with some of the best products in my shop, the quality of their fabrics and the printing are unparalleled, people love them despite the wait, and when there is an issue, they have always solved it.
The app works very well, I like how easy is to create new products,sync them to the orders, send them to production, and then the app also handles the order confirmation with Shopify (which not all POD apps can do). It's also very easy and fast filter and ignore other products from Shopify, which helps keep everything organized.
Despite the speed, Art of Where is a reliable company, with great customer service, and the app is safe and easy to use.
Art of Where is my go to print on demand company. The colours are vibrant, the service spectacular and the helpdesk is friendly and solves any problems quickly. Since 2018 this has been my go to print on demand company! Try them you won't be disappointed! 10 out of 10

I've received several legging samples and a skater dress sample from AOW and love both the fabric and print quality. I look forward to creating more products in the near future. As for customer service, I had a great experience when requesting the recovery of some original design file uploads that I lost on my end. I did not save them in the image library so I sent an email requesting if they could be sent to me. Paige responded within 24 hrs and sent me a WeTransfer link with all the original design files that I had requested the very next day. Thank you Paige! That saved me many hours of work. Greatly appreciated!
A great app with a team of people ready top help if you need. Lets face it, glitches happen but these guyes will help when you ask! Also for a Canadian, I am so grateful that most of the products are made right here in Montreal Canada. Thanks

There was a complete lack of efficient communication. My order was in production for over two weeks!!! Another order was in paid status for over 5 days. Definitely poor service. This is not acceptable for any business. Extremely disappointing.

This app cost me everything! It accesses and shows products from other Shopify applications unrelated to AOW. DO NOT remove them from this AOW app or it also deletes other applications merchandise from your Shopify store.
I don’t know why they need to see or access my other app products, but they area all gone now. I lost 1 years work. A years/5k+ in adverting investment. 350+ products gone form my store. Each was my own print on demand design with specifically written SEO optimized descriptions, extra mockups created 1 at a time. All is gone. I put all I had into this shop for a year. I am an older lady and this was my only income. It’s all gone.
To be clear, Shopify Tech ran a test with their own mock store and got the same tragic result. This is on AOW!
Cool products and eco attitude, but absolutely not worth it. Again, use at your own peril.
Thank you for your review. In our dashboard you will see all products that are in your Shopify store, whether or not they are from Art of Where. The reason for this is that customers may have created listings for AOW products in Shopify, and they would like to connect them to the AOW product in the dashboard so that orders can come through automatically for those products. The actions you can apply to an item in your dashboard are 1) View on Shopify, 2) Ignore product and 3) Delete from Shopify. If you select Delete from Shopify, the product will be deleted from Shopify. You will no longer see the item on Shopify as you have removed it. Great App and great Products. Solid Canadian Company
Looks like they offer good products but Ives spent a few hours trying to create products and end up loosing all the work I do. Consistently resets and have to start over, reloading all the images, resets to the beginning. Super frustrating
I have been using Art of Where since 2016 and their products and services are outstanding.
They take up to 10 working days to create some products but as long as you state it in your store, customers won't have a problem waiting, because when they receive a durable product, with good quality fabric and stitching and saturated print (that never fades), they will only have good things to say about your company. They make everything in Canada so they are completely sweatshop free!
Their customer service is great! They are always very helpful and understanding.
I've tried sooo many print on demand companies and I couldn't recommend Art Of Where enough, they have NEVER failed me or my customers.
