After testing most of the similar options in the Shopify App Store for a multi-page customer feedback survey, we ultimately chose Asklayer as our solution. Anthony, the founder, was instrumental in helping us tailor the app to our needs and was incredibly responsive to feedback on a couple of features. His support exceeded modern expectations, going above and beyond, which we deeply value. We plan to continue using Asklayer for future customer outreach campaigns and highly recommend it to others looking to implement similar improvements on their sites.
Skip logic and AI makes this a no-brainer for us. If you are considering other survey apps install and try this one first. You won't be disappointed.
good and personal, responsive support - even helpful to uncover misunderstandings
We do indeed have a free plan, on the pricing page, don't select a plan. Just go ahead and hit "I will decide later" and it will as it says let you decide later by putting you on the free plan.
Best value out of the enterprise apps
