Assistify has been a very helpful addition to our Shopify store. Before using it, we were spending a lot of time answering the same customer questions again and again. Now the AI chatbot handles common questions instantly and guides visitors toward the right products. The setup was easy, and the chat design fits nicely with our store branding. Highly recommended for stores that want faster support and better customer engagement.
