Customer service has been great. This app has generated great additional "add on" revenue for our business.

Help quickly when new products hadn't synced. Works well with Shopify and has increased my sales and upselling.

Overall, we are satisfied with this system. It is as close as we can get to our ideal solution, and it will likely be perfect for most companies. The support team is always quick to respond and very helpful. We hope to see more updates and additional features for this app in the future.

This app has been great. Not only is their support very helpful, but the app itself has greatly increased the Average Order Value for our store. Would recommend.

I was charged $20 for a “1 usage fee” even though I uninstalled the app within the trial period. I contacted customer service through live chat to request a refund, and the representative said he would ask the billing department to process it. However, one month later, I still haven’t received a refund. I don’t understand how this app has a 4.8/5 rating with such poor business practices.
