We've been with Attentive for 5 years now, and have been very happy with everything. They lead the space for SMS marketing, and have always been a great partner to help us grow and reach our customers in different ways. They also are constantly coming up with new features and products that help make this channel easy to use while achieving higher ROI, especially with AI.

However, one downside is that we don’t have a dedicated account manager, which sometimes makes it harder to move fast or make adjustments. There are certain features or changes that can only be made through their team, which adds some extra steps and limits flexibility.

Overall, Attentive is still a powerful tool that’s helped us improve engagement and conversions, but having more autonomy inside the platform would make it even better.
