Attentive: AI‑led Email &SMS

We’ve been with Attentive for several years now and it continues to be a great decision we’ve made for our business. The platform is incredibly easy to use, reliable, and syncs seamlessly with our Shopify store. Their customer service team is always responsive and helpful. Our SMS marketing continues to perform exceptionally well thanks to this great platform! Highly recommend.

Yotpo had a lot of extra features that felt unnecessary for what we needed, while Attentive is simple, effective, and easy to use. The AI tools and smart recommendations are a great bonus and make campaign planning feel effortless. Our team has easy access to everything they need, and we have had no issues with the Shopify integration. We also appreciate the white glove support, which makes the entire experience smooth and reliable. Overall, it has been a good transition, and we are excited to see how the platform continues to grow.
