Auction Today

Faced a few minor challenges setting up my first auction. Overall, the set-up was very user friendly however I needed assistance with setting up a dedicated space. Sam was super helpful (and HUMAN!) and did not make me feel tech-challenged or inadequate. It was a good experience. Plan to upgrade my plan once I get my auctions off and running!

I am running my first auction and though it's been a little cumbersome to figure out where all the controls are located in the app, I had a couple specific needs to hide bidders' personal info when bidding, gave up and started a chat. Sam helped me immediately and easily fixed my issues. I really appreciate having someone to assist so conveniently.

I have built and manage six Shopify sites. I rarely if ever leave a review for apps. I just want to say that the customer service via chat for Auction Today was stellar! 6 out of 5 stars to Tansy for doing in seconds what I would have had to pay a developer to do a few years ago. Sam was very helpful, as with everyone I've reached out for help has been so far. But sam was able to make the app custom for me and went above and beyond. Really appreciate what he did!

Good app that was easy to integrate with my shop. The customer support was genuinely helpful; I got a quick answer from a real person when I had a question.

It can be be tricky to get started but DO make sure you check out their brilliant customer support chat. Tansy was such a help and she was able to sort everything out for me, quickly and painlessly and did all of that despite me being on the free version of the app. Would definitley consider upgrading after this very positive experience.
