A very successful app; the technical support was extremely helpful with the initial setup and launching the auctions. 5+

Faced a few minor challenges setting up my first auction. Overall, the set-up was very user friendly however I needed assistance with setting up a dedicated space. Sam was super helpful (and HUMAN!) and did not make me feel tech-challenged or inadequate. It was a good experience. Plan to upgrade my plan once I get my auctions off and running!

I am running my first auction and though it's been a little cumbersome to figure out where all the controls are located in the app, I had a couple specific needs to hide bidders' personal info when bidding, gave up and started a chat. Sam helped me immediately and easily fixed my issues. I really appreciate having someone to assist so conveniently.

I have built and manage six Shopify sites. I rarely if ever leave a review for apps.
