We specialize in professional coffee testing and measurement equipment, so our customers often have technical questions about specifications, measurement accuracy, and choosing the right instrument for their needs. Aura Connect has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It helps explain complex product information in a clear and easy-to-understand way, compares different models, and guides customers toward suitable options based on their specific applications. We also appreciate how naturally it engages with visitors and assists them throughout the shopping process. Overall, it’s a useful tool for stores selling specialized technical products.
Honestly, we tried a couple AI chat tools before this and they mostly just sat there until someone typed something. We sell walking pads and massagers ranging from about $120 to $440, and the spot where people get stuck is bouncing between products. They'll look at a massager, then a walking pad, then just close the tab. First week after installing AuraConnect, I didn't really notice much. Around day 10 or so it started showing up. You could see in the dashboard it was stepping in when someone was hesitating, and it didn't feel like a pushy popup, more like it was just there at the right time. Our support team mentioned fewer people asking "what's the difference between these two" over and over. Still watching the numbers closely, but add-to-cart is up a bit over the past two weeks and we're not having to babysit every visitor anymore. If your price range is kind of wide and people tend to go back and forth before buying, worth trying.
Aura has been a useful addition to our store. We offer several product models with different specifications, and customers often need help choosing the right one. Aura can answer product questions, explain key differences, and recommend suitable options based on each customer’s needs. We especially appreciate its ability to proactively assist shoppers rather than waiting for them to start a conversation. Setup was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive. So far, we’re very happy with it.
