Price increase doesn't work! i trusted it and lost Money on it. Please solve this issue. Thanks Miguel
Hi Miguel,
As I understand it from your support ticket, this looks to be a mix up in understanding of whether 00:00 translates to 12am or 12pm.
Could you please respond to the support ticket so we can get this sorted for you?
Many thanks,
Jamie
Outstanding app! Great support from the team!
Easy to use and works perfectly!
Very helpful and fast support! :-)
Great app and customer support
Thank you, we really appreciate it!
Perfect support!
Hi Alejandro,
Sorry that you had a problem but I'm glad we got it sorted for you :-)
As we discussed, its not possible for our app to work after it has been uninstalled. But, products can remain unpublished if uninstalled half way through a schedule.
If you ever need support again, just click the "get support" button on this page or email me on support@autoscheduleapp.com
Have a lovely weekend :-)
Smart App, great Support. Recommended.
PS: Needs a few functional and design improvements, but they are working on it.
Thank you for your review!
Yep, new functionality is being worked on and we just made some minor enhancements to the design. Many more to come :-)
