App doesn.t allow changes in the inital settings....
Sent several emails asking for support but they all remain unanswered.
Good App with some minor deficits....
but if there is no active support ...well...

I'm really sorry for the communication breakdown here; it sounds like there may have been some issues along the way. I did send an initial email within a couple of hours of receiving yours (back on 2nd March), but I didn’t receive a response or any follow-ups.
I’ve double-checked my spam folder, and unfortunately, I can’t see anything there, so it looks like the emails may have got lost somewhere along the way. If you’d still like the issue resolved, and you don’t mind sending another email, I’d be more than happy to look into this for you! A screenshot of the issue would be really helpful.

So as an SEOer, I love the consistent blogging and the inner linking.. The content is on point, and the way it's written is perfect for Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and all the rest).
In addition to the Social Sharing options.. Love Love Love it.. The Social Sharing allows the readers to come straight back to your blog if you want it to.
Also, the Product Posts are amazing.
