If you want an app and a good support, this app is not the one, because I just got an issue with the app and I wrote for support but the first email answer me that I set up bad the app, I anwers again for help but after that I didn't get any response, Don't pay for this.
Hi, sorry for the delay, I was checking how the DCart app behaves alongside our app, with our app activated and deactivated. The issue is the same when our app doesn't run, it does fill the DCart discount field with %20 empty parameter (http://somup.com/crnfVho9bX). I've dropped an email to the DCart developers just now, hopefully they come back to me soon. My colleague will also try something in a few hours, when he's back at the office. We'll keep you posted via email.
I was really hoping to be able to use this app to provide a better user experience for my customers using automatic discount codes. Unfortunately, we never got it to work despite implementing recommended steps by Tabarnapp. A bit of a disappointment and a giant waste of time.
Really sorry for the inconveniences and waste of time. We should have helped more. If it's not too late, we could make the setup for you, free of charge of course.
Works well and is doing it's job! I am using it with other apps to offer discounts over a certain amount and it is working. I think the code disappears sometimes at checkout depending on what the customer does/click/back button etc.. but I don't think it's a big problem. Overall it is working!
The app was awesome in helping us implement a tiered/progressive discount experience for our customers which ultimately lead to an increase in AOV. Derek and his team were extremely diligent helping us track down a small but frustrating issue. Very excited for the updates in the coming months.
Great app. It has made it super easy to do what we needed. PLUS, amazing support. I communicated the urgency in getting something fixed and not only did the team help, they also addressed other items that would have been affected and took the initiative to help with that.

Our service goal is to go above and beyond for our customers. It's great when we get the chance to do that, but I have to admit, it's even better when we get such enthusiastic recognition for our efforts! Please touch base with us again if you need anything else.
This app is very easy to use, and the response of the support is very fast. Price is very affordable, the features can meet most of your basic needs. We have used the automatic discounts most, they have worked very well, no bugs or errors. We will explore more features, and then add more info to our review in the near future.
I had an issue where auto discounts weren't applying to PayPal and Apple Pay checkouts. Tabarnapp fixed the issue quickly and one of their reps, Hugo, did a great job following up with me to make sure we were having no problems. Really appreciate their response to fix the issue and taking the time to ensure everything was working for us!!
Thanks for the feedback. You are right, when Paypal & Apple Pay buttons were in the cart page (or drawer/ajax cart), our app wasn't able to apply the discount as the Shopify checkout page was skipped completely. Removing the Paypal & Apple Pay buttons from the cart page was the solution... until today. We've implemented our new Discount Applier script, which should now solve your issue. Our app will not work if people click on BUY NOW in the product pages, though, as this creates a checkout on the fly, ignoring what's currently in the cart and skipping the cart at the same time.
Let me know if you get new orders missing the discount from Paypal or Apple Pay from your cart page.
I must have tried at least 8 apps to achieve what a thought was a simple tiered discount. What a relief when this app finally made it possible! What made it even better was the exceptional support provided by Derek who quickly and efficiently installed it on our theme and customized the cart display. He really saved our BFCM sale this year! I have received the best customer service ever. (Shout out to RG) I was having some problems with the automatic discount and I got a step by step help. They made a loom video so I can easily understand and visual see exactly what I needed to do. I've been on Shopify for 4 years and I wish all the other apps and developers were like this. Excellent service!!

I have used this app for several years now. I recommend it to EVERYONE. Tha auto-applied codes at checkout give the average Shopify user some functionality that is otherwise only available to Shopify+ users.
Support is responsive and listens to feedback from users. I've had several positive interactions with support and even when I've had issues they have been remedied quickly.
