We were one of their first customers on shopify and we initially had some issues. That being said, we are now running smooth. Their customer service, specifically Nate and Aly, were top notch. All the issues are resolved and my subscriptions are running perfectly. I am going to stay with them and put them on my other websites as well.

Customer support responds efficiently with solutions and has improved their built in features greatly - within a short amount of time. They include direct reporting within the app that covers a wide range of metrics and deliverables. Overall, this app functions well for what we need!
