The cookie banner wasn't showing on our live theme because the app embed wasn't active, even though the dashboard said it was. Iris from support found the problem, enabled the embed and set up the German translation for us within an hour. Quick and helpful support, thank you Iris!
App works great and makes compliance easy to maintain. Had a small hiccup today and chatted with Olivia who quickly resolved and confirmed the issue was resolved. Definitely appreciate the live response, quick resolution, and would recommend this app to others.
