Good app for subscription service.

We had already implemented AXENTRA in our parent brand Alpino, so it was a no brainer to bring it here as well. They cover pretty much everything we need, from logins to subscriptions and order management.

We’ve been using AXENTRA AI on our store for a while now—mainly for OTP login, social login, and the custom account page with order self-serve features.

The login experience is honestly much smoother now. OTP and social sign-ins have reduced a lot of friction, especially for returning customers. We’ve seen fewer drop-offs there compared to earlier.

The biggest difference, though, is the account page. Customers can track orders, reorder, and manage things on their own without reaching out to support. That alone has cut down a good amount of back-and-forth for our team.

Setup was straightforward, and the team was helpful whenever we needed anything tweaked.

Overall, it just feels like a cleaner, more controlled way to manage the customer experience instead of relying on multiple disconnected apps.
