BSS Quote has been a useful addition to our corporate store, allowing customers to select products and request a tailored quote. It makes the quotation process easier to manage, and we appreciate the support team’s help with adapting the app to our business needs.
We use this app to quote thermography and instrumentation equipment to B2B buyers, and the support team is the best feature in it. Quick replies, and follow-up that is both active and clear. I have dealt with software support that treats a ticket like a message in a bottle, so this was a pleasant surprise.

After installing the B2B solution I had a very effective meeting with Lena. She explained the app's features clearly and in depth, and was very helpful with customizing it to our needs.
Lena identified that we also need the Quotes app, and was again very helpful and knowlegable about it in out follow up call.

I just installed and tested the quote app together with Lux. She was very helpful and the first test gave me exactly what i expected. It seems like it has all features and adaptations needed, i feel confident in the layout and technical aspects
