B2B Pilot gives wholesale merchants a self-service B2B portal in Shopify: buyer registration and approval, tiered wholesale rates with fixed or percentage volume discounts, minimum order quantity rules, Quick Order Pad, CSV or Excel bulk ordering, reorder templates, RFQ negotiation, and invoice or quotation downloads. Built-in email, WhatsApp, and SMS notifications. Buyer tiers are merchant-configurable: Dealer, Distributor, Retailer, or custom.
