BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

App is extremely easy to use and manage through their dashboard! Ran into some issues on my end but was helped by Gigi and Madu who fixed the issue very fast! Now the app works exactly how we want it. Great all-in-one app with amazing support. Look forward to growing our business with this!

Joy and her team went above and beyond to help us get several apps installed and offered to help with a lot of the backend stuff that I wasn't familiar with. So far the app does exactly what I need it to and if I ever have any issues I know they will be there to guide me. I highly recommend them!

The whole team around Nguyen Minh Dang, Leorio, Tuli, Hoa Xuan Duong and Jonas were very helpful assisting us with the adjustment of the app. They have been very dedicated to the case even within the Lunar New Year. App works well so far for us and I can see it providing lots of value in the future.

Horrible. The prices load super slow and sometimes don't work for no reason. They were trying to fix this pricing errors and they did something wrong coding my theme and now the shopping cart is not working properly. Customer service is OK, they are all the time apologizing. They can't give solutions.

Bonjour,

Wonderful customer service. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Great app for customizing pricing and offering quantity discounts. I have been especially impressed with Annie, Cuongnvm and Leorio who have been very helpful throughout this process and worked hard to make sure I have everything I need. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and app! We had a few issues with integration due to the pre-existing customizations to our theme, but the BSS Team was so responsive and helpful in ensuring everything worked properly. We're very happy with the performance of the app and the world class customer support. Highly recommend!

BSS Team's Support is awesome, Thanks Emma Cao for your gr8 help and step by step guidance. We are in trial period not yet paid but still they helped just like a premium users so imagine after getting the paid version what will be their after sale service. Thanks Once again for your gr8 Help.
I really appreciate it.

Great app which helped us to get our complex B2B-pricing structure live. Also the functions for creating forms including VAT-Validation is very useful. In addition, the customer support of the developers of that app is insane. Especially, customer supporter Steph does it fast and competent! Many thanks for that app!

I am loving this app and there are still so many features that I haven't even enabled yet. I tried another wholesale app before this and I'm glad I made the switch because this app gave me exactly what I was looking for. I had some issues with my form and the customer service was exceptional! I definitely recommend!
