BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

Just got the app set up with a huge thanks to Jolie Nguyen and Le Trung Dong. So far it's doing exactly what it advertises, intuitive to use I didn't have to watch any tutorial to understand how to create rules. If you do need help the support team is very quick.

I'll report back if anything changes as we roll out our wholesale program but so far so great.

We encountered some problems after installation, and the technicians helped us solve them responsibly. The customer service is also very patient to answer my questions, and will give timely feedback to the questions. I have searched several B2B apps, and I am quite satisfied with the functions of this app, and the direct online communication really improves the efficiency

Such a fantastic team. Emma, and her technicians Hau and Cuong were so quick to integrate the app into our store. We have worked with some other apps for wholesale and encountered many issues, but after a day of signing up, we have a perfectly functioning registration form and wholesale set up. The support team, including Josephine and Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong have been AMAZING!! They walked us through the process to configure their app to work for our site. Our site is complicated because it services WHOLESALE accounts and retail accounts. Definitely recommend working with this group. The B2B Wholesale Solution App with all of it functions provides exactly the required features, a b2b and b2c store needs. Technically it is really great to use, we had no bugs at all. Especially Emma & the App Support Team were absolutely helpful and were assisting us perfectly during setup, launch & afterwards. Really fast support reply time and solving upcoming issues easily. Highly recommended!

Being new to Shopify (coming from Magento), BSS was a name I recognised - I decided to go with their Wholesale solution because it ticked all the boxes that their Magento equivalent did. There were a few issues (mainly with me) but they were always happy to assist and did so very fast. Would recommend this to ANYONE looking to have a retail/wholesale combo store (We're UK based and it works perfect with IOSS)

Being new to setting up a B2B commerce solution for the business, which can be quite daunting in the beginning, Jennie and the team have been a fantastic (and friendly) help, always quick to respond with either fixes, answers or regular updates if our requirements are a little more complex, which has felt really reassuring!! I feel confident about working with this app and the team as the website and business evolves and grows.

Tried to partner with this app because it looked ideal and had good reviews. Being in Australia, we were directed to an office in Vietnam. Had a rushed demo and then we sent an email with one single question. A "ticket" was sent to us but had no content. Followed up a few times seeking an answer or more info. No replies to the emails. Eventually sent one saying will you assist, or should I give up? No response. Very disappointed.
