The app works great and has robust features backed by great support team!
I just got the app and the support team has been VERY responsive in assisting me with setup. Victor, in particular, has been going above and beyond! I look forward to continuing to work with their team.
Thank you so much for such a valuable review.

Wish your business all good!
Excellent service and help when needed.
Update as of May 1st
Emma was quite helpful last week.
She addressed all our concerns and helped us set up this app to work properly. we have been testing it for a few days and it works perfectly fine now. At first, communication was an issue but she was understanding and helpful.
EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL SUPPORT TEAM -
Update as of 3/20/25
It almost feels like a prank how they are avoiding to help you after you ask them for something, at 1am they email you saying '' do you really confirm this action?'' and when you confirm it they say they can't do it.
They spam your email at 1 in the morning saying they can't help you
because it's their lunchtime. They beg for reviews, this is my third time editing this review as it's impossible to get help without leaving a bad review. The app keeps crashing - especially if you have large amount of items. For an app that's so expensive, it's ridiculous how unhelpful they are.
Update as of 2/20/25 :
They ignore our support requests. We are using the platinum plan ($100 a month). We have been trying to reach them for the past few days through in-app chatbox, email and whatsapp yet Selina keeps ignoring them.
Jonas, the Customer Support Representative was very helpful and went the extra miles! I was very impressed! Thank you so much!
Thank you for your quick action and support. Your timely assistance is greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much for such a valuable review.
However, since you left a 4-star review, it seems like you haven't been 100% satisfied with our app. Hope that you can provide us some more feedback so that we can assist much further and revise your experience.
Looking forward to hearing from you again at "support-sbc@bsscommerce.com" or via our Live Chat from the app.
