I think what separates BSS from other apps is their customer service. I can tell you they are hands down the most attentive customer service. They talk the time to walk you through any questions or issues. And for me that is crucial because I am not savvy when it comes to building my pages and they were super patient with me while I asked a million questions on how to. I highly recommend them.
So helpful and kind. Loved that I actually got a "meeting" to fix my issue.
New user but so far onboarding service has been great. App also is pretty flexible and versatile with my needs.
We had some issues with the Volume Pricing feature not working in our store, but the support from the BSS B2B team was excellent and the feature is now working perfectly. Thank you to both Ryan and Lux from BSS B2B for their help.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad Ryan and Lux were able to get the Volume Pricing feature working properly for your store.
We truly appreciate your patience throughout the process and your kind words about our support team. If you ever need anything else, we're always happy to help. 😊
The customer help was fantastic thank you Innes
We've been implementing BSS B2B Solution for our professional haircare wholesale store and the experience has been very positive.
The app offers a wide range of features including customer-specific pricing, quantity breaks, wholesale pricing, login restrictions and B2B customer management. We use several different pricing structures across our product categories and the flexibility of the system has allowed us to build a solution that fits our business requirements very well.
What stands out most is the support team. Ines has been extremely helpful throughout the implementation process. She has consistently taken the time to answer detailed questions, investigate technical challenges and guide us towards the best solutions. Response times have been fast, communication has been professional and we always felt supported.
As with any advanced B2B setup, some configurations require careful planning, but the support team has been there whenever we needed assistance.
If you're looking for a serious B2B solution for Shopify with excellent customer support, this app is definitely worth considering.
Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review!
We're delighted to hear that BSS B2B Solution has been able to support your wholesale business and adapt to your different pricing requirements. It means a lot to know the flexibility of the app has been a good fit for your store.
We'll also make sure Ines sees your kind words. She'll be thrilled to know her support made a difference throughout your implementation. Thank you again for your trust and recommendation. We're always here whenever you need us!
Lena was extremely helpful in walking through the app options and learning more about the customization options available.
Seems to be working well. If any issues arise the support team is quick fast with response and implementation
Thank you Lena for your guidance and show me how the system work. Our website need a wholesale tier pricing for specific product and this app might suitable for our B2C + B2B webstore.
Ines was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate that I was able to set up an onboarding call to become familiarized with the app. :)
