We had to make some last-minute changes ahead of our web launch, and the team resolved everything super quickly. Tom and Helen were fantastic — they treated it like it was their own project and really understood how much it meant to us.
Steph here from BSS Commerce.
Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience caused so far and thank you for your valuable report so that we can improve our app to be better.
Secondly, because the B2B scenario is complicated and there might have some conflicts between the app and your theme/other apps so it takes some time for us to detect the problem.
Now that all are fixed, I hope you can give our app and the team another chance to be helpful to your business.
Superb customer support from Emma. It's always easy to get advice when I need and her tutorials have been extremely useful in helping me set up our B2B Wholesale Page. This app is great for a B2B business and we’re very excited to launch!
We hope that you will keep supporting our app in the long term.

Emma and Nguyen Van Dong have been fantastic supporting the app to make it right for our site, very quick and proficient with the help they have given. The app works well in combination with other BSS apps to provide a B2B Shopify solution .
Joy and Staff are quick to response on my inquiry. What you see on the demo is what you get no hidden or what so ever. If you encounter some problem the staff is quick to solve or give you solution on it.
Would definitely recommend the app.
Thank you so much for the 5 star rating!
We really appreciate your kind words, especially about how quick our staff is to respond to inquiries and how the demo accurately reflects our app's features. We're so glad that you're happy with the app and would recommend it!

Great application, several tools to sell in wholesale super easy to use. The support team is great, I especially wanted to thank Emma and Minh Tri who helped me with all my doubts and solved my problems quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much
Thank you.
We hope that you will keep supporting our app in the long term.

This was the only app we could find that provided a solution for our sales reps to creating orders with custom pricing rules. The customer support from Jonas and the Tech support from Cuong NVM was great, and their response time was quick, and and efficient.
