BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

I've been using the BSS Wholesale App on Shopify and my experience has been very positive. The app functions as it should, delivering reliable performance and seamless integration with my store.

The standout feature is the excellent support team. They resolved a Theme integration issue swiftly and maintained great communication throughout. This level of support is crucial for backend integrations.

We have installed the B2B/WHOLESALE SOLUTION app in our Shopify store. At the beginning we had a small problem with the theme.
The team from BSS COMMERCE responded to our chat request within minutes and implemented the adaptation to our special theme within a very short time. Great service! Many thanks to Joy and her team for this great work!

This is without a doubt the best support I have ever experienced for a Shopify app. We launched a website and some minor complications arose. Customer support Annie Tran was very quick and extremely efficient in helping me. Jonas is also very supportive in answering me via Whatsapp. I was really in trouble but then I tried calling their WhatsApp number and got through right away. And from here, the support was just extraordinary. Many thanks to the technician guys too, Cuongnvm, Duong Hoa Xuan and Pham Le Minh Tri for the quick fix.
I used "Custom Pricing" and "Wholesale Registration Form" and the functions are really helpful in categorizing your customers and support them well. Overall, good app and customer support.

Overall good app. A bit complicated and pricey. Support is high quality if you need help with anything

Even though the app didn't meet our needs, it is really well done and the support is very helpful and fast.

They offer great support, I needed help with a form and they delivered quickly, the app is very intuitive as well.

The application works well and the team is always available in case of problems. We have Jonas who is very fast and efficient, thanks to him!
