The support for this plugin is fantastic. A solution is always found and you always get a quick response. Customised conditions and rules make it so easy to use. Shipping costs can be assigned per customer group. We chose this plugin mainly because of the customised prices. The customer management is easy to configure. We are currently in the process of integrating BSS B2B Solutions into our shop and are very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic app for B2B functionality on Shopify! It works seamlessly and has all the features we needed—but what really sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. Emma has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Every question was answered quickly and clearly, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were set up for success. Highly recommend this app, especially for the top-tier support!
The customer service (especially Louis) from BSS is outstanding – responses are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Even with more complex requests like customizations or tax display issues in the B2B setup, the support team takes the time to provide clear solutions and guides you step by step through the process. You feel taken seriously and professionally supported – a true highlight of this app. We still have a few topics where we hope for a more satisfying solution in the future, but we are currently in the testing phase and fully satisfied so far.

BSS Solution has been a fantastic app to work with! It has a wide variety of applications - all seeming to be practical solutions and not just fluff. The customer support has been great, and they were able to help me customize as I needed.
Not working together with their own partner app OPTIS. so often that custom could not check out. support not believing there is a problem and want videos. frustrating. Going with other, cheaper AND better apps now.
The pricing structure of this app forces you to pay for the highest tier just to get all of the most basic features you should have for B2B. The ability to provide customers with tax exempt status is basic in B2B but you cannot offer that unless you are on the highest paid plan.
Hopefully the devs see this review and adjust things, but based on the other reviews, it does not appear they will make any adjustments to the pricing tiers.

I'm Mida, Team Leader from BSS Commerce. First of all, we’re truly sorry to hear that our pricing structure didn’t meet your expectations. We completely understand that features like tax-exempt status are essential for B2B businesses.
Just to share a bit of context — implementing the Tax Exemption feature involves ongoing costs on our end, particularly for integrating and maintaining third-party APIs that validate VAT numbers across different regions, especially for EU and other international compliance standards. That’s why this feature is currently included in our higher-tier plans.
That said, we truly value your input and understand how pricing can be a deal-breaker. While we haven’t had the chance to assist you yet, we’d really appreciate an opportunity to learn more about your needs and explore if there’s a better way we can support you.

We are very satisfied! In the future, it will hopefully be possible to import prices so that they don't have to be maintained manually and the multilingualism needs to be expanded.
