BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

I would like to share a very positive experience with your B2B application.

I would like to specifically highlight Hill, who provided us with an excellent level of service. Hill demonstrated great availability, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the system. Together with Huang Van Luan, who connected with us directly via UltraViewer, they were able to resolve the issue accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.

The team’s commitment, high service level, and personal approach are clearly felt and give us confidence in our day-to-day work with the application.

Really good app, but not the cheapest, if you need all the features which we decided we needed. Jolie was brilliant at helping me with getting the sections implemented to the store and very attentive with any issues and queries I had. I would highly recommend this app is you are looking for a solution which needs high level pricing per user.

We have been working with Jolie and Raymond from the BSS team; they have been amazing! Even though there is a time delay every question, comment, or small issue we have had they or the team has been able to take care of it. The reason Novatto, Inc. chose B2B was that we wanted to let our potential B2B customers know we offer wholesale pricing and for the B2B customers we already have, we wanted them to be able to go to our website anytime and see their pricing 24/7. B2B offered a great solution. Since then they have continued helping out with issues that crop up like theme updates that disrupt coding or 3rd party Apps that interfere with B2B's coding.

App has great features and helpdesk always responds quickly, very service-minded! The only minor issue is that it cannot be combined with add-ons that come with a price (then the price of the add-on just isn't calculated.

The Price List app is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to manage and easy to setup. I needed a little help with integration with my theme, but Emma at support and the development team were able to get me up and going in about 12 hours. All follow up questions have been responded to very timely.

The application works perfectly and the technical support is top notch!
I had a problem importing a large csv file, and Louis and Anne helped me to solve my problem quickly.
I highly recommend this application.

The app is fantastic and works exactly as advertised. What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional support team (especially Emma). They resolved a theme integration issue very quickly and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Their responsiveness and dedication are top-notch. The app is an excellent tool, especially for B2B purposes, offering features similar to Shopify Plus but at a more affordable rate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive solution!

Service has been amazing and I have achieved exactly what I wanted however the cost is quite high. I would also note you may need to subscribe to 2 apps to get the desired outcome. I would recommend this as a BSB app it does seem to be within the same costs as others so based on service alone I can’t fault the fast response
