BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

We are using this app in conjunction with the BSS Customer Portal app, on two sites now. We started with one app on one site, and over the last few months have combined the B2B/Wholesale soln and the BSS Customer Portal across two sites. Very happy with the way they have integrated into our sites, and we now have a combined B2C/B2B app that is working seamlessly for our customers. A big, big thankyou to Jonas (and his patience with my never ending questions), and the tech team Pham Le Minh Tri, Nguyen Minh Dang, Cuong NVM, Leorio, Vu Phi Hung, Nguyen Duc Manh for their work behind the scenes making all our customisations and helping with the seamless integration. Definitely recommend for any small-med sized business wanting to integrate Wholesale/B2B into their B2C business.

And for the app, this is the B2B app that we need. B2B/Wholesale Solution app is excellent for stores targeting B2B & B2C customers. B2B/Wholesale app is customizable with fast and dedicated support. I promise you that you will not be disappointed when working with the BSS Commerce team. There is some incompatibility that we are facing with the collection pages and product pages but the team has done an amazing job on these pages. Big thank to dev Anh Duc Tran and Bui Thanh Phong who quickly solved the problem. I have problem with the Order Limits warning from our side but June Nguyen and the team has provide a great alternative solution for us. Good job!

It's not the perfect solution, because you have to assign coupon codes for the wholesale customers through the app. Your wholesale customers can't use "normal" Shopify coupon codes while using this app, which most rewards programs incompatible. (Because most rewards programs create coupon codes when someone redeems their points, but these codes are regular Shopify codes that wholesale customers can't use.) After a lot of experimenting with many apps, we have found a reward program that will work alongside this app - a reward program that uses gift cards instead of coupon codes. It's not the ideal solution for us, but we have adjust and it works fine now. The support always gets back to you within a day and is very helpful, and the app has a lot of features. Overall I'm very happy with it.

We decided to use the B2B/Wholesale Solution App for our Shopify store to meet our client's specific requirements. Our client needed the ability to sell to B2B customers with different pricing and exclude VAT charges for them. This app fulfilled all the necessary criteria our client was seeking. Additionally, for the registration form, our client wanted B2B users to provide a valid EU VAT number along with other mandatory fields.

Thanks to this app, we were able to effectively utilize the same Shopify store for both B2C and B2B customers. However, we did encounter some issues during the setup process, which led us to reach out to the app's support team. We were pleasantly surprised by their exceptional responsiveness and prompt assistance. The support provided by this app's team was truly fantastic.

I recently had some trouble with how this app interacted with my site. I contacted their customer service team and was blown away! Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product, but they were also able to help me resolve the issue in a timely manner.

The two individuals I spoke with, Jennie and Nguyen Van Luan, were truly a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my questions. They even recoded my registration form to better fit my website theme.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by BSS. They've gone above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of and have the best experience possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient B2B app that can do almost anything Shopify plus can do for a fraction of the cost.

Having used a slow invoice/email process for wholesale through shopify for 2 years, this has been a great alternative to have on our shopify store. Only wish this option had a slightly higher tier which includes the hide/lock price option (paying for two separate apps requires ongoing wholesale sales to justify) but it streamlines everything into one store.

With this setup, I don't need a second site, spending more time keeping tabs on stock across both sites, which can't be easily synced. Overall, the team is great and they produced exactly what I was looking for in a short period of time. Emma and her team constantly checked in to make sure everything was to the standard / UI / UX I was looking for. Not cheap for a small shop, but invaluable when it comes to the overall function and flow from the back-end.

Thanks to the tech guy Nguyen Minh Dang and the support agent Jonas for the great support in configuring and solving some problems quickly. The technical guy is very helpful and support manner was awesome. Jonas has helped to clarify the VAT concerns. VAT Display function and Custom Pricing for b2b customers really help. The app has a lot of functionality in one place, which I really appreciate. It's the only app I found that has a custom pricing function that fits my needs as a wholesaler. And the auto customer tagging is very convenient as well. I also use the Wholesale Registration form. It has been a bit buggy at times, but for the price for the whole package is very good comparative to other apps.

That leads me to the reason I would give this app 5 stars...The customer service is the best I've received using Shopify apps. June Nguyen and dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van have gone above and beyond to respond quickly to my problems and even develop custom solutions to help meet all my needs. Where the app lacks in function, their service makes up for. And I haven't come across a problem yet they haven't helped me fix in the end.

BSS Commerce is a very good company if you need a working app. We had a lot of changes to the wholesale solution app so that it fits our needs and legal requirements. Emma and her technician Nguyen Thanh Phong did a very good job. They even worked some overtime to make the app work. Emma and Nguyen implemented all changes very quickly according to our wishes.
We have also installed another app - Product Options from BSS Commerce. Emma and her team are also working at the moment to make everything possible so that both apps are working perfectly togheter.
Emma also replies very quickly to all of my questions an explaines things very well, too.
We are really satisfied and excited to see the result of the both apps in the end.
Currently we cannot report any negative points.

5/5 Stars!! This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. We use the custom pricing as well as the quantity break pricing and everything is working fluently with the Shopify checkout. The registration process is great too, we can approve a customer, before he can buy at a discounted price. The Support and Developer Team is simply great, too! Steph and her Team were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. They answered really quick and could manage all our input. Leorio did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed (he worked overtime to help us!!). On the whole, this B2B Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer!
