BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

I have installed the app and it worked directly after installation. Both on regular Shopify and Plus version. The functionalities of this app are quite impressive and the support is super. I am using this app to solve the complex VAT excempt rules in Europe and have created different forms for private or business customers with VAT number. Based on the forms I show the prices incl. or excl. VAT automatically. I have exchanged several emails with Customer Support Executive Emma. Together with the Technician, Nguyen, she answered all my questions within 24 h. I had some questions about the app’s functionality and needed some changes specific for my shopify theme. Not one question or request for change is to much. And all this support is included in the monthly fee. No wonder that I am a happy customer of the BSS B2B/wholesale solution for Shopify.

I have found this app really easy to use and a great solution compared to the Shopify upgrade.

We have used the wholesale registration form which is really helpful as we are a business who sells B2B and B2C so required the 2 different sections. We are also able to manually approve wholesale users which is what we prefer.

We have used the Custom Pricing rules to upload our different pricing tiers for different users which has been a great solution for our requirements.

Every time I have needed assistance the technical team have assisted me quickly and followed up to ensure I have been able to set everything up as required. Thank you to the technical team (Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Van Huan) who have all worked really hard in providing me very fast support, and Jonas who has been contacting me promptly via email to assist me.

I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. I have this store and I have installed this app for my store to improve product display and boost sales. This program does exactly what it claims to do. I want to use the feature to generate registration forms for b2b clients. We have a problem with the form setting and rendering. And I have setting the auto tag and have some trouble with it. So I contacted the support team and June Nguyen assisted me properly. She and the tech guy Cuong Nguyen Quoc were able to handle the problem quickly and efficiently; difficulties were resolved within 24 hours of being reported. The app is now working perfectly on our website and we are very happy with it. Creating your own pricing plans is easy and they look professional. Support was also very helpful and they fixed any issues quickly. I appreciate their support. In summary, I am very happy wit the app and with the support. Highly recommend you guys.

I have just installed the B2B/Wholesale Solution app and did have some struggle with the formatting of some pages but with the super fast and helpful support from June N. and the developer Dong L.T. I have managed to have it up and working as I hoped for. Many thanks again for your kind and fast support. This is how it should be done. The app itself is quite useful as it gives me all I need to support wholesale processes on my shop.

I don’t usually post reviews but with this app I felt I really needed to share our experience. Our store had a few custom requirements and the support has been very quick to respond and implement the desired fixes. I have seen that many app developers refer to excuses like “our app is not designed for this feature” but with BSS Commerce I have only seen willingness to understand and meet customer needs.

Big thanks to dev Hai Pham Dinh who quickly helped me with the customization of the Order form on my Portal. And a thank you to dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc who makes sure the Custom Prices is in sync with the portal.
The B2B/Wholesale Solution app is great for anyone wanting to set up B2B function within their website quickly. Setting up wholesale pricing, custom online forms, hiding prices, etc… This app is an “all-in-one” app with fantastic support. I look forward to growing our business with the B2B/Wholesale app!

BSS has been very helpful getting me up and running with my site’s backend features. I was skeptical at first that they would be able to handle my requests and questions but Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen have come to my rescue numerous times.

My business needs certain UI/UX requirements to help our customers navigate our site. Things like Net Terms and quick ordering have to be integrated in our site because we only sell to wholesale customers. These guys have been spot on answering all of my questions and helping me get my site up and running.

Since it’s a huge part of what my business requires to operate effectively Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen all understand how important it is that I get these requirements done in a timely manner. We are using two B2B apps from BSS team and they have been very helpful for our website and business.
The apps do have various features and can be easily activated via the App Dashboard such as special prices for wholesale customers, manual orders, login to see prices and etc. We have been discussing with the team via Whatsapp and Jonas (the support agent) has been very responsive in the meantime. Recently, we faced issues with login to see prices function & with setup custom pricing and Nguyen Dinh Khanh (the technical guy) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. Our theme is a tricky one but they have successfully helped us to deal with it. Very responsive support manner! In addition, BSS Pricing Plan for these applications is quite reasonable and they also come with a 14-day free trial and free assistance. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Solution apps. They both made certain that all of the features required for my website were installed and functioning properly. I created a Price List per Customer, and Emma was a huge help with the initial setup. The tech guy assisted in the installation of custom prices on all pages, including a Wishlist page rendered by a third-party app. This is useful if you have products that are only available to certain customers, such as wholesale versus regular.

Many additional features, such as the shipping rate, I intend to use in the future. I can exclude clients with business courier accounts from shipping fees so that I can charge the appropriate amount to customers with business courier accounts. Overall, both the app and the assistance I received from Emma and Hoang Van Luan were excellent. I'm not sure where I'd be if it weren't for them! Excellent overall experience.
