The Team around Jolie Nguyen and the developers Mai Van Quy and Bui Thanh Phong were so helpful and forthcoming. Our store is based on a third-party theme so there had to be made several changes in order for the different functions of the app to work. They helped me throughout the whole process of implementing the functions VAT-Extempt, Registration-Form, Display of Prices inc./excl. Tax. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. We are very happy with the app so far. Joy and Hoang Van Luan especially were a great help in supporting us during the set-up process and went far and beyond anything we could have expected. On the websites that I have so far managed, I have installed this program. I had a hard time handling issues, so I got in touch with the support staff, and Joy was a supporter who helped me amazingly. The whole team fixed all issues that I reported, from the VAT box, the custom price function to the order note. Every time I contacted them they all supported me well without any hesitation and tried to fullfill my requirement. The app nearly meets our own fulfillment and I have no doubt about that. Especially, Joy is one of the very helpful, friendly, and wonderful agent I have worked with. She really has made my day and I feel so so happy about what she has done to me. I also want to thank the dev Hoang Van Luan, a special tech expert, a master in solving everything and even set up the function for me to run smoothly at my site. I have no more words to say but just want to be thankful for everything for solving my problem quickly. Everytime I report the issue, they nearly fix it just within a day. The B2B wholesale solution from BSS works great and I highly recommend it. However, the integration support and Emma in particular is outstanding. BSS B2B wholesale solution offers so many integration options that I don't want to go into details about the app here. My recommendation is to just try and contact Emma's integration support. Emma supported me in finding solutions in an absolutely perfect way. She works extremely quickly and precisely, is very helpful and patient. Together with the technician and expert Cuongnvm, new solutions were implemented within hours and the entire customizing process took no longer than a few days. My very special thanks to Emma and Cuongnvm. I'm a business owner and not a software integration specialist. As I started the test period I mentioned that there are a lot of details to customize and I didn't have answers for all customizing needs. Emma patiently supported me. I learned quickly through the transparency and precision of Emma Information. Customizing support by Emma also means to get an intensive training. I have never received such extraordinary support.
In some issues, more complex technical adaptations were necessary, which were coordinated extremely quickly and competently between Emma and Cuongnvm from the technical team. This worked perfectly and delightful. So many thanks to both. I am very happy with our B2B & B2C Integration that works perfectly an highly recommend it.

I looked around at a number of apps that could give me the functions I required for a wholesale pricing solution. I settled on this app as it had the most flexible functions; registration form, custom pricing (lots of flex with the conditions!), varying tax treatment, and varying shipping cost rules which is important with larger orders generated with wholesale and can be tailored to a customer type via a customer tag. - plus many more functions I will probably use in the future. I was also pleased to solutions for extra charges which is handy to add to my retail store for larger or heavier items. The app also adds discount pricing codes and bogo and rules surrounding the usage of those which is very handy.
When there is a lot of function, complexitity can be an issue and it did take me a little while to figure it out, but I got there (and I'm one of those people to hate to read instructions - but there is a lot of written instruction if you need). But the best part is the very helpful and responsive support I've received from Emma and the technical assistance from Nguyen Ngoc Hai who installed the app and a few small customizations. If you have a basic understanding of theme code, you can easily follow their instructions, but so good to have their support and get it up and running correctly the first time. Its not the cheapest app, but its packed with function that's given me some more ideas of how I can improve my store. I definitely recommend.

I wouldn’t normally write reviews, they always feel a bit ‘forced’ if you know what I mean, but I to say a huge thank you to Joy Nguyen – our BSS support agent - and Le Trung Dong – the wizard of Development in the BSS team. The app is quite intuitive, but we did have some issues with our registration login page and customising the pricing on our product pages. We were quite hesitant to continue with the app at first, as we thought that if we engaged the BSS expert service that there would be some exorbitant extra fee for our specific requirements. However, it is utterly amazing that when I contacted them on Live Chat, they said that they will check what the issue is, delving deep to understand, and then wow, amazingly they knew exactly what our problem was and the best way for our business to solve it. Plus, they did all this for FREE for us! With detailed explanation of what code was required and where, and answered any additional questions we had confidently and clearly. Joy really lives up to her name, and absolute joy to work with, she is helpful, friendly and was dedicated to solving our issues. Dev Trung Dong is hard-working and really, really good at coding, so he solves the issue with some small added code as well as some notes for us about the page builder. I really love their service! Also, we had some issues with installation of Custom Pricing (CP) and inclusive / exclusive VAT price display, but I felt completely relieved of any concern, as they always helped us to check the installation. They also helped to make the integration work well with another third-party app. No matter what issues that may arise, they will try their very best to find another work around. They are so diligent, and their support service is outstanding! I recommend you have a try of this app and whenever you have any issue, just feel free to contact them and give them the detailed request. Then they will check your case and revert to you with the detailed answer. The app may be difficult for a novice to install the code, but don't worry because BSS dev team will absolutely help you with the installation for free. The support service is free, but it is amazing! We love it and we will definitely use them again and keep an eye out for any other apps you might be bringing out!
