We’re setting up B2B pricing for our store, and BSS helped resolve an issue with discounts not appearing in our theme. Ivy kept us informed, and the technical team got the pricing working correctly.

Our customers can now see the original and discounted prices, and the discount carries through to checkout. The team also confirmed that our percentage discounts will automatically follow changes to regular product prices, which is essential for us. Thank you for your help!

We use BSS B2B Solution for our wholesale customers, and it covers everything we need: an approval process for B2B customers, wholesale pricing, and volume discounts.
