The app works as intended so far. I asked for some tweaks about the business form and customer service agent Joy Nguyen and devs Hoang Van Luan and Hoang Van Tien quickly fixed my issue. I hope they will be still the same in the future in terms of helping their customers regarding different issues with the app.

Great app & excellent support from Emma and her team! We are using this app in two stores in Europe and had ZERO issues. B2B and B2C easily possible. The customer service and tech support is amazing, they make everything happen that is possibly in their power! We also use BSS store locator. We tried various other apps before, that is the only one that runs smoothly. I can highly recommend! Thank you Emma and the entire team! We haven’t launched our site yet, but so far, this app has been everything we hoped for. The features are impressive, even on the basic plan which includes custom registration forms and volume-based discounts. We’re already considering upgrading to the advanced plan for even more functionality. It has everything you need to run a wholesale business smoothly. Plus, the customer support is outstanding. Fast, helpful, and detailed every time we’ve reached out.

One of our clients wanted to implement B2B features, so we tried several apps. We found that "B2B BSS Solution" is by far the most functional and user-friendly.
Business customs in Japan can be quite unique and specific, but the customer support team was incredibly flexible and helpful, which we truly appreciated. We are especially grateful to Ruby and Anne for their dedicated and detailed support. This app is highly recommended!
