Installation of the app was easy, in the test phase I was able to test all functions. I was able to set everything up easily with the help of the help and instructions. The package covers many business solutions and works perfectly. Then I had requests, which were fulfilled in the test phase, quickly and professionally. The programming was expanded quickly, and I suggested even more advanced features, it will be solved soon :)

I found this app because I need customers in my shop to register and await approval by us, prior to shopping. The App solved this problem but I had issues with some functionalities regarding the approval of customers (it said invalid email adress, even if I knew the adress would work). However, the support team was very fast and started to work on the issue an hour after i reported the problem. Within short time, Josephine Dao and Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong from the team solved the issue and it was a pleasure working with them.

We strongly recommend the app. The functions of the app are well structured and clear. At the beginning we had some issues with the setup. But the support consisting of Joy Nguyen (our contact person), and the developers Mai Van Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Hai helped us within a very short time. They were very friendly, kind and very helpful.
We are sure that the support team will continue to help us so well in the future. Thus, minor issues will be fixed and solved in the minimum amount of time. This is how we expect a professional support to be. Please keep up the good work!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely give them more! It is the second time I got help from Jonas and Nguyen Tien Hau and they once more made this an outstanding experience for me. They did not just solve my problem (I couldn't figure out how to switch to the business registration form instead of the Shopify standard registration form), but exceeded my expectations and went one step further and style my contact form for me in the design pattern of the Webshop. I am so blown away by this service. I always recommend them and if I ever struggle I will 100% ask those two to help me.

Joy Nguyen und Dao van Phu haben mir bei meinen Problemen sehr weitergeholfen. Zunächst sollte ich den Code meines Shops ändern. Ich habe keine Erfahrung in diesem Bereich und habe mich daher an den Service gewandt. Es kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung und mein Problem wurde von Joy und Dao einwandfrei gelöst. Danach hatte ich noch weitere Fragen die mir sofort beantwortet wurden. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Ich habe immer eine Antwort in Deutsch zurückbekommen und alles war immer sehr nachvollziehbar.
Wenn ich ein Problem habe werde ich mich auch in Zukunft immer bei Joy und Dao melden.

BSS Commerce is a very good company if you need a working app. We had a lot of changes to the wholesale solution app so that it fits our needs and legal requirements. Emma and her technician Nguyen Thanh Phong did a very good job. They even worked some overtime to make the app work. Emma and Nguyen implemented all changes very quickly according to our wishes.
We have also installed another app - Product Options from BSS Commerce. Emma and her team are also working at the moment to make everything possible so that both apps are working perfectly togheter.
Emma also replies very quickly to all of my questions an explaines things very well, too.
We are really satisfied and excited to see the result of the both apps in the end.
Currently we cannot report any negative points.

I have just installed the B2B/Wholesale Solution app and did have some struggle with the formatting of some pages but with the super fast and helpful support from June N. and the developer Dong L.T. I have managed to have it up and working as I hoped for. Many thanks again for your kind and fast support. This is how it should be done. The app itself is quite useful as it gives me all I need to support wholesale processes on my shop.

Our store is based on a third-party theme so there had to be made several changes in order for the different functions of the app to work. They helped me throughout the whole process of implementing the functions VAT-Extempt, Registration-Form, Display of Prices inc./excl. Tax. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. Sie halfen mir während des gesamten Prozesses der Implementierung der Funktionen Mehrwertsteuerbefreiung, Registrierungsformular, Anzeige der Preise inkl./exkl.Steuer. Alle meine Fragen wurden zeitnah und professionell beantwortet. Wenn es darum geht einen bestehenden Shop mit B2B-Funktionen (relativ schnell und einfach) zu erweitern, ist die App eine eierlegende Wollmilchsau ;) - fast alles ist möglich!

We are very happy with the app so far. Joy and Hoang Van Luan especially were a great help in supporting us during the set-up process and went far and beyond anything we could have expected. On the websites that I have so far managed, I have installed this program. I had a hard time handling issues, so I got in touch with the support staff, and Joy was a supporter who helped me amazingly. The whole team fixed all issues that I reported, from the VAT box, the custom price function to the order note. Every time I contacted them they all supported me well without any hesitation and tried to fullfill my requirement. The app nearly meets our own fulfillment and I have no doubt about that. Especially, Joy is one of the very helpful, friendly, and wonderful agent I have worked with. She really has made my day and I feel so so happy about what she has done to me. I also want to thank the dev Hoang Van Luan, a special tech expert, a master in solving everything and even set up the function for me to run smoothly at my site. I have no more words to say but just want to be thankful for everything for solving my problem quickly. Everytime I report the issue, they nearly fix it just within a day. The B2B wholesale solution from BSS works great and I highly recommend it. However, the integration support and Emma in particular is outstanding. BSS B2B wholesale solution offers so many integration options that I don't want to go into details about the app here. My recommendation is to just try and contact Emma's integration support. Emma supported me in finding solutions in an absolutely perfect way. She works extremely quickly and precisely, is very helpful and patient. Together with the technician and expert Cuongnvm, new solutions were implemented within hours and the entire customizing process took no longer than a few days. My very special thanks to Emma and Cuongnvm. I'm a business owner and not a software integration specialist. As I started the test period I mentioned that there are a lot of details to customize and I didn't have answers for all customizing needs. Emma patiently supported me. I learned quickly through the transparency and precision of Emma Information. Customizing support by Emma also means to get an intensive training. I have never received such extraordinary support.
In some issues, more complex technical adaptations were necessary, which were coordinated extremely quickly and competently between Emma and Cuongnvm from the technical team.
