The whole team around Nguyen Minh Dang, Leorio, Tuli, Hoa Xuan Duong and Jonas were very helpful assisting us with the adjustment of the app. They have been very dedicated to the case even within the Lunar New Year. App works well so far for us and I can see it providing lots of value in the future.

Horrible. The prices load super slow and sometimes don't work for no reason. They were trying to fix this pricing errors and they did something wrong coding my theme and now the shopping cart is not working properly. Customer service is OK, they are all the time apologizing. They can't give solutions.

Wonderful customer service. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Great app for customizing pricing and offering quantity discounts. I have been especially impressed with Annie, Cuongnvm and Leorio who have been very helpful throughout this process and worked hard to make sure I have everything I need. Highly recommend.

We had a few issues with integration due to the pre-existing customizations to our theme, but the BSS Team was so responsive and helpful in ensuring everything worked properly. Great app which helped us to get our complex B2B-pricing structure live. Also the functions for creating forms including VAT-Validation is very useful. I am loving this app and there are still so many features that I haven't even enabled yet. I tried another wholesale app before this and I'm glad I made the switch because this app gave me exactly what I was looking for. I had some issues with my form and the customer service was exceptional! I definitely recommend!

I installed the app and set up the rules immediately, which more fairly easy to understand, but still had an issue with the custom pricing on the collection page. Luckily Emma and her technician Minh Tri were super quick and fixed me the issue and even game me a walk through in a video call. I am exited to start using it.

We use this app to setup wholesale accounts for our dealer. We had some issues with the price displaying properly for dealer accounts. However, Jonas, CuongNVM and Minh Tri were extremely helpful in getting the issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend this app if you are looking for a b2b solution on shopify.
