1/23/24 update: I am still receiving wonderful customer service from BSS: B2B/Wholesale Solution! We recently changed our name and domain to walstonarchitecturalproducts.com and they helped us transition smoothly.

This app is great, it meets all of our B2B needs and is easy to understand. Even when we got stuck on some parts and needed some redesigning work to fit our website and company needs, we contacted the team and Jena Nguyen and dev Bui Thanh Phong resolved our issue with fast and professional turn around throughout. This app allows you to enable the functions you need for your business and has straight forward instructions on how to enable them. We highly recommend the app and are assured we can count on their support team.

The handling is a little bit complex at the beginning, the dashboard being quite loaded, but you quickly get the hang of it.

We can more than just recommend this app. We have created price lists for wholesale customers and everything works just great. The app works on the simple principle of tagging customers, but it really thinks of everything and is super customizable. Customer support is very active and helpful. They even worked for weeks to program the feature we lacked, a specific minimum order quantity. Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Duc have once again been very helpful to me in answering my questions. I was a little lost as to some of the capabilities and limits of the application.
I had specific and simple question about how registrations worked on the lock and login and b2b registration application and forms.
They answered my questions promptly, accurately, and directed me to the location in their documentation where I could find the information again in the future as well as other related inquiries (which I promptly used later that day to answer another question).

This app has been excellent for our business. Allowing for separate logins, pricing based on customer accounts and allowing us to easily group customers based on their registration forms. We have received excellent support from Emma and Riley who have helped us to integrate our app with our website with ease and efficiency. I would also like to thank Madu and Tuli who have implemented all these changes and made it possible for my website to run smoothlyy with this app. They're all great :) I look forward to using more apps from BSS in the future. Couldn't recommend them enough!
